Bāya
Bāya is a character that appeared in manga. This old woman only appears in the manga. She is Sara's servant and guardian from childhood, and worries about Sara's involvement with Gaito. However, Sara treats her badly and refuses to listen to her. The old woman therefore helps the princesses in secret to alone for what her ward has become. She is actually at the root of the incident that caused the events in the story.
History
Seven years ago when Sara and Taro were together,Baya told Taro to not bother Sara again as she is the mermaid princess of the Indian Ocean. She told Sara that Taro wasn't coming back and left her. Sara who was deeply hurt by the news had destroyed her kingdom and caused a storm because of her outrage. Baya tried to calm her down but failed. Later when Sara started getting involved with Gaito,she was very concerned.
