The Mermaid Kingdoms are located all around the seven seas where all the mermaids and their princesses lives.
North Pacific Ocean[]
North Pacific Ocean Palace
The North Pacific Ocean is ruled by the Mermaid Princess, Lucia, she, and the other North Pacific mermaids lives in the Palace in the center of their kingdom.
The dolphins, such as Momo, who lives here are send to deliver messages to communicate with other kingdoms.
Palace[]
The whole palace is pink with nine yellow domes and two yellow towers that resemble lighthouses.
Inside the palace, a fountain with a clam on it, called the "Fountain of Promise", is found near Aqua Regina's shrine and there are golden spiral pillars holding the ceiling. A human can breathe safely once they are inside the palace as all water is magically kept out of the palace, but all forms of marine life can freely move about the palace.
It has only appeared in Episodes 1 and 13 of the anime and the colored version of the manga, including Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Aqua. This is one of the kingdoms that Aqua Regina visits.
Merfolk[]
The Mermaids have different colored eyes and hair and the rest of their outfit is pink. They are the only mermaids whose hair and eye color do not match their tail color. Some mermaids have more darker pink tails and others have more lighter pink ones. Some are revealed to be brunettes. One with silver eyes and flowing gray hair wears a blue silk belt around her waist.
The Mermaids seem to care a lot about their princess, so they get a bit anxious when Lucia decides to leave them to go and search for Kaito. They also line up in a perfect straight line when Hippo walks past, and this shows their respect towards him too.
Coral Spirits[]
Coral spirits protect this kingdom. The only known Coral Spirit is shown in episode 36.

South Pacific Ocean[]
The South Pacific Ocean is ruled by the Mermaid Princess, Coco, she, and the other South Pacific mermaids lives in the Castle in the center of their kingdom. The kingdom suffered great destruction, along with the Indian Ocean Castle, when Sara lost control of her power, but after Gaito's defeat, Coco returns to rebuild along with the mermaids of her kingdom.
Castle[]
The whole kingdom is gold, with pyramid-shaped domes. Coco's room is in the highest tower of the Castle, with a balcony that has a yellow chair with yellow star-shaped cushions.
It only appeared in episodes 64 and 67.
Mermaids[]
The Mermaids' appearance which includes clothing, eye and hair color are in different shades of yellow. The Mermaids care for and respect their ruler.

North Atlantic Ocean[]
North Atlantic Ocean Kingdom
The North Atlantic Ocean is ruled by the Mermaid Princess, Rina, she, and the other North Atlantic mermaids lives in the Castle in the center of their kingdom. This Kingdom possessed the Mermaid Eye who belonged to Rina this gem is placed on the princess's throne. This kingdom has a tradition: The Summer Green Festival is the North Atlantic Kingdom's annual festival where all mermaids gather in the castle to watch a choir performs in the throne room.
The Whales, such as Minke, who lives here are send to deliver messages to communicate with other kingdoms.

The style of the castle is very similar to the castle of the Spanish royal family.
It only appeared in 3 episodes, 7, 10 and 62.

The Mermaids' tails are shades of green, and most have green hair.

South Atlantic Ocean[]

The South Atlantic Ocean is ruled by the Mermaid Princess, Hanon, she, and the other South Atlantic mermaids lives in the Castle in the center of their kingdom. The South Atlantic Castle was destroyed by Gaito and the Dark Lovers, but then rebuilt by the South Atlantic Mermaids after the enemy was stopped.
This Kingdom possessed a treasure passed down by their inhabitant, the Morning Moon Music Box.
Castle[]
The castle had a largely blue color scheme. The upper portions of the building reveal several dome-like structures, similar to those present atop Lucia's Palace.
It only appears in episodes 5 and 18.
Mermaids[]
The Mermaids has a different shade of blue for her outfit. They wear blue seashell bras and they have blue tails. The Mermaids also have blue-colored hair and eyes.
They only made an appearance in episodes 5, 18 and 24.

Arctic Ocean[]
Arctic Ocean Castle
The Arctic Ocean, in the North Pole, is ruled by the Mermaid Princess, Noel, she, and the other Arctic mermaids lives in the Castle in the center of their kingdom. During the early events of Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Pure, Noel, Caren and Coco left to rebuild their kingdoms.
The Orcas who lives here are send to deliver messages to communicate with other kingdoms.
Castle[]
The whole castle of the kingdom seems to be made of glass. Around the castle, there are several orcas. The castle was destroyed by Gaito and his servants, but it was rebuilt by Noel and her kingdom's people.
The building has three domes, two small and one big. The entrance has ancient-greek designs. The interior has big light blue columns around the main corridor. The walls have yellow drawings on them.
It appeared in episodes 27 and 67. However, the mermaids didn't make any appearence in the manga or the anime. As well as the castle who didn't appears in the manga.

The Mermaids, based on Noel's appearence, has a different shade of deep blue or indigo for her outfit. They wear dark blue colored seashell bras and tails. Their hair color and eye color are also deep blue.

Antarctic Ocean[]
Antarctic Ocean Castle
The Antarctic Ocean, in the South Pole, is ruled by the Mermaid Princess, Caren, she, and the other Antarctic mermaids lives in the Castle in the center of their kingdom. After defeating Gaito, Caren returns to her kingdom to rebuild it along with the mermaids. She later returns to her kingdom after defeating Michel. Caren is also assigned to guard Antarctica and a legendary glacier that was named Antarctica's guardian.
The Penguins who lives here are send to deliver messages to communicate with other kingdoms, including those on land.
Castle[]
During the short scene where the castle is pictured, only the throne room is shown. It consists of a throne, multiple columns, and purple ice crystals. The walls and floor are purple as well. Caren's throne is a large clam shell, resembling the Mermaid Princesses' necklaces.
The castle only appeared once, in episode 27 during a flashback.

Indian Ocean[]
The Indian Ocean was ruled by the Mermaid Princess, Sara and later by Seira, them and the other Indian mermaids were used to lives in the Castle in the center of their kingdom.
Sara destroyed her own kingdom when she was led to believe that Tarō Mitsuki betrayed her. Her pearl filled with dark energy in reaction to her hatred toward Tarō, causing her hair and tail to turn black in the process, and the power of her pearl to lose control. The dark energy of her pearl destroyed her kingdom, possibly killing all Indian Ocean Mermaids. The neighboring kingdoms, i.e. South Pacific Ocean Castle and North Pacific Ocean Palace also suffered massive destruction, though they managed to survive.
Seira was born from the Shell Throne in the ruins of the kingdom several years later. It is possible that Seira rebuilt the kingdom after the series' end.
Castle[]
Due to Sara's destructive behavior, only the ruins of the Castle are left.
It appeared in Episodes 54, 59, and 64.
Mermaids[]
The Mermaids, based on the Princesses' appearances, have orange-colored hair and eyes and they wear different shades of orange.

- It strongly resembles the Taj Mahal.
- The South Pacific Ocean Castle is based on Angkor Wat.
- The architecture of the North Atlantic Ocean castle is very similar to the Spanish royal family's castle in Madrid
- The South Atlantic Ocean Castle's architecture appears to be likely influenced by European structures, featuring Greco-Roman style arches. The overall aesthetic of the lower building is reminiscent of early-modern European palaces, notably French structures such as the Palais-Royal or the Palace of Versailles.
- The Castle has also similar adornments present on real-life structures like the Berlin Palace.
- The exterior of the Arctic Ocean Castle has a very similar style to the Capitol in Washington D.C.
- The Antarctic Ocean Castle is the only castle that was never attacked by Gaito.
- Because Sara destroyed her Kingdom, where the Indian Ocean Mermaids used to live, it is likely that most of them perished in the destruction, and as such, their population has decreased significantly. Because of this, they are the Mermaid race that has the least members, among the other mermaid races. This would also explain why the kingdom was never rebuilt after its destruction.
- The Graveyard of the Sea is located somewhere in the Indian Ocean's territory. Everything that drowned in the sea would follow the current until it eventually ends up there.
